I-95 South Driving Directions

If traveling south on I-95 take exit 74B (Franklin Street).

Be careful to slow down when taking this exit because it is a short downhill ramp ending at a traffic light.

At the light turn right onto Franklin Street and proceed straight ahead through two lights.

Franklin Street becomes Bank Street.

The Capitol entrance plaza is on Bank Street (on the right side) opposite 10th Street.
